O-love dip

Whether you are a couchpotato craving for a quick and healthy snack or a busy bee wanting to impress your friends with a homemade olive dip, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

1 pot of cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia, usually 175g)
1-2 tsp FoPo green olive powder (depends on how strong you like your olive dip)
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of garlic

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and you're ready to serve in just a couple of minutes! Enjoy!

Super Fresh FoPolicious Juice

Are you a fan of refreshing and natural drinks, especially on hot summer days? Charge up with strawberry power to stay hydrated and cool under the sun!

Ingredients:
500 mL still or sparkling water
1.5 TBSP honey
2 tsp FoPo Strawberry Powder
Optional: ginger water
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Sluuuurp!

Strawberry FoPolicious Shake

A mouthwatering, delicious shake for any time of the year! Shake it up even more by adding your favourite toppings such as granola, chocolate, and nuts! 

Ingredients:
500 g natural yoghurt
300 mL milk (1.5% fat)
3 TBSP honey
3 TBSP FoPo Strawberry Powder
Procedure:

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well-combined. Pour some into a glass, and sprinkle with your toppings of choice!

 

PSST-rawberry Cheesecake

Don't have a cake tin? Simply cut a piece of sturdy plastic foil into an 8 cm wide strip, then tape the ends together to form a circle. Tape a sheet of greaseproof baking paper on a large plate, then tape the circle onto the baking paper.
Serves: 4 | Prep: 30 minutes + 2 hours for chilling
Ingredients:
40 g crushed butter biscuits
30 g butter
150 g cream cheese
100 mL whipping cream
2 tsp gel fix
3 TBSP FoPo Strawberry Powder
30 g sugar
Procedure:

Melt butter on low heat. In a bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Press the crumb mixture into the cheesecake mold, packing it down well. Place in the fridge to set up.

In a bowl, whip the cream. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, FoPo strawberry powder, sugar and gel fix.

Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry-cream cheese mixture. Spoon the resulting mixture onto the biscuit base. Be sure to smoothen the top. Chill for at least two hours. Serve cold.
